DMCA
We are committed to upholding the rights of copyright holders and maintaining compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). As a provider of digital content and services, we have implemented a clear and structured procedure for addressing allegations of copyright infringement. This procedure ensures that creators can protect their works while users are given a fair opportunity to respond when content is challenged. Upon receiving a DMCA-compliant notice, we conduct a review to verify its validity. If the notice meets all the legal requirements under 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material in question. After such action is taken, we notify the individual who posted the content and inform them of their right to submit a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was issued in error or based on misidentification. Please be aware that submitting a takedown notice is a legal process. If you send us a notice, we are legally required to share its contents—including your name, address, and other contact information—with the person who posted the content you claim infringes your rights. This transparency is mandated by law to ensure that all parties have the opportunity to seek legal resolution. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been posted on our platform without your authorization, you may file a DMCA takedown notice. To be valid, your request must include all of the following elements: A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If your complaint covers multiple works, a representative list is acceptable. Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing, including sufficient details such as exact URLs or other precise location data to enable us to find and remove the content. Your full contact information, including your legal name, physical address, telephone number, and a valid email address. A good faith statement that the use of the material in question is unauthorized by you, your agent, or the law. A declaration that the information provided in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or legally authorized to act on their behalf, made under penalty of perjury. Your electronic or physical signature, which certifies the authenticity and intent of your complaint. Upon reviewing and confirming that your notice is complete and valid, we will proceed to restrict or remove the content in question. At the same time, the user responsible for posting the material will be informed of the removal and provided with information on how to issue a counter-notification. The counter-notification process exists to protect users whose content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification. If a user chooses to submit a counter-notice, it must include the following legally required details: Identification of the content that was removed, and the location where it appeared prior to takedown. The user's name, address, telephone number, and email address. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the user believes the content was removed or disabled as a result of an error or misidentification. A declaration that the user consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for their district of residence. If the user is located outside of the United States, they must consent to the jurisdiction of any U.S. district in which our service is accessible. A statement that the user agrees to accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent. The user's physical or electronic signature, verifying the truth of their response. Once a valid counter-notification is received, we will forward it to the original claimant. Unless the claimant initiates legal action within 10 to 14 business days, we may reinstate the removed content on our platform. Please understand that both the original notice and any counter-notice are considered legal declarations. Any party who knowingly misrepresents material facts may be held liable for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. This includes financial penalties and attorney’s fees for false or malicious claims. We urge all users and rights holders to approach this process responsibly and in good faith. If you are unsure whether content qualifies as infringement, or whether your use of content is protected under fair use, licensing, or another exception, we recommend that you seek legal advice prior to submitting a DMCA complaint or counter-notification. Our DMCA policy is designed to protect legitimate intellectual property rights while safeguarding the legal rights of content creators and users. We are committed to managing this process with fairness, transparency, and strict adherence to the law.
